Director

Marina Arabidze

An environmental professional with over 15 years’ experience. Marina has worked for international and national oil and gas companies as an environmental manager and adviserand managed the full lifecycle of environmental and social impact assessments for majordevelopment projects. She is experienced in working with development banks both as aclient and a consultant in accordance with their policies and guidelines. She holds Masterof Science Degrees in Environment and Resources from University of Wisconsin-Madison,USA and Environmental Sciences and Policy, Central European University, Hungary

Project Manager

Giorgi Guliashvili

An environmental expert with 15 years of experience. He has worked on major internationalinfrastructure projects and in global organizations. George holds a bachelor's degree in law(Tbilisi State University) and a master's degree in environmental management and policy (Institute of Public Affairs). In 2007-10, he worked as a national expert in OSCE and EUrepresentation. Since 2015, George has been elected as the President of the Waste Management Association. In 2019, he was re-elected for a second term.

Environmental and Social Field Team Leader

Lasha Bibichadze

More than 20 years working experience in different international projects as an environmental specialist. Experienced in Environmental Supervision and Monitoring. He was Actively participating and supervising preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (EIA/ESIA) for different projects. He has extended experience in fieldinstrumental monitoring. He is skilled in ESMS development, implementation andmonitoring. He is Lead auditor in ISO 14001. Holds IEMA associated membership.

Environmental and Social Expert

Tamar Lazarashvili

An Environmental and Social advisor with more than 15 years’ experience withinternational oil and gas companies (BP, Spiecapag-Petrofac International Ltd, NRC). Tamarhas managed successful delivery of environmental and social management programduring major oil and gas pipeline construction activities in Georgia and Azerbaijan. Sheworked as an environmental expert at Global Compact Network Georgia supporting thelocal private sector in developing and improving environmental management system andraising their awareness in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Goals. Tamar has got NEBOSH International Certificate in Environmental Management.

Health and Safety Leader

Lasha Lapachi

A dedicated, experienced Health and Safety Expert with management, supervision and mentoring skills and proven track record of success in the global Renewables and Oil & Gas market along with major construction, production and operation projects with the global organisation (BP, USAID, World Bank. Over 15 years of experience). Holding a significant level of experience and qualification in health and safety management systems efficient implementation, monitoring and measurement, ensuring compliance with legal, internal and international requirements.
Participated in setting company HS Policy and arrangements for the implementation of HS management systems such as standard operational procedures, risk assessments, incident ill-health data analysis and incident investigations, emergency planning and procedures. Designing and delivering training courses in HS and producing reports.
Proven skills and ability to assess risks of multiple nature and level of disruption and provision of proportionate and sensible control measures.
Certified in Internal auditing on OHSAS 18001 and technical member of IOSH.
Holding NEBOSH International Diploma and NEBOSH International General Certificate.
